To activate your account you could use the link in your Confirmation E-mail or use the account activation procedure in the Account Troubleshooting.

In order to complete your profile you have to follow what requested after activating your account, compile the form with the required fields, take a picture and confirm! Happy youfiling!

To reset your password you can use the profile manager in your app or web app, use our self serviced procedure in the Account Troubleshooting.

To change your profile picture open the profile section in the App or web app, click on the picture shown, select or take a picture, save: done!.

To change your advanced profile pictures open the profile section in the App or web app, click on the Manage Advanced Profile button. On the form shown click or tap on the picture you want to change, select or take a picture, save: done!.

Not able to find a soluton?

Please fill out the form below using your full name and the email address associated with your You-Files account. Non activated accounts and fully completed profiles cannot receive support cause the system would not recognize them. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
