When posting opportunities, users must describe the job or collaboration accurately and include necessary details such as compensation, duration, and location, if applicable. Users interested in participating in a collaboration opportunity may submit a candidacy. The offering party may review submitted candidacies and decide whether to accept or reject each candidate. If accepted, the parties involved should communicate directly to arrange further details.
For collaboration opportunities, users may set a limit on the maximum number of participants. Once the maximum number is reached, no more candidates may be added. It is the responsibility of the offering party to manage participation limits.

If you use the Platform API, you must comply with the API Terms of Use, which will be rendered avilable once we open access to the API platform. Either party may terminate these TOS at any time without notice if the other party is in material breach of these TOS. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
We may suspend, terminate, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. Upon such suspension, termination, modification, or discontinuation, your right to access or use the Platform will immediately cease.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these TOS and/or the Platform shall be instituted in the courts of the Hong Kong or the courts of the state in which our company has its principal place of business.
